  Everything was great in the design and ordering process. Sadly, when our custom kitchen and bathroom cabinets were delivered and installed, there were quality issues throughout. That was November 20th. One cabinet was brought back a couple weeks later, but with a long scratch on 1 side. The counter tops were also brought for installation, but not cut or polished correctly. Those went back to the shop and have taken an additional 9 days to correct. So we're moving in with out having all of our cabinets, or countertops. Customer service to correct this has been unsatisfactory and glacially slow. Very disappointed with our dream kitchen and baths from Deem's.
